What's the typical turnaround? +

Hourly & retainer requests are typically completed within one business week, but timelines may vary depending on scope and complexity. Projects are on an 8-week timeline.

What's the difference between Build and Partnership? +

Build is a one-time project with a defined scope and handoff. Partnership is an ongoing retainer where I become your fractional OBM — I manage your operations, maintain your systems, and evolve them as your business grows.

Why is there a 3-month minimum for the retainer? +

The 3-month minimum ensures I have enough time to truly understand your business, build momentum, and deliver meaningful results. Real change doesn't happen in 30 days; it takes time to audit, implement, and refine. This commitment also allows me to prioritize your business and give you the dedicated support you deserve.

How does the retainer work? +

The retainer is a 3-month minimum commitment with 20 hours per month and a 50% deposit to get started. After the minimum period, you may cancel with 14 days' written notice. I act as your ongoing operations partner, keeping your systems and operations optimized and aligned as you grow.

Are custom packages available? +

Yes. Custom packages may include additional retainer hours, multiple systems or a longer timeline for a Build project, or extra hourly support beyond the standard offering. These options are available based on current capacity and availability, so we can shape the engagement around your needs.

Once your systems are built, they need ongoing care to stay aligned with your growing business. That's where I come in as your fractional OBM. I handle the maintenance, optimizations, and strategic adjustments so you don't have to think about it.
